Our return policy is constructed to protect our Sellers from loss since most items are made to order & at the same time to protect our Buyers to ensure they have a good experience. Please see our terms as follows:
We have a 7-day return policy which means items once received can be returned within a 7 day window. This 7-day window is termed as return window. After which no return request will be accepted.
Returns will be accepted within the return window only if there is damage or incorrect product/colour received.
Some items that are customized with name or other personalizations will not be returnable. Such products will clearly state so in their description.
Please note, most of our products are handmade, made to order and made by small businesses. Returns requested on any other basis will negatively impact our community entrepreneurs.
Payment refund for returned orders will be made within 5-7 business days after the product is received by Wemy service centre. Any payment gateway charges incurred are not refundable.
