Lot of care is being taken to maintain the hygiene and the temperature of the oil so that it doesnt rise beyond 60- 80 c cold pressed from the ambient temperature. Oil is extracted in the state of the art machineries. Coconuts are left to dry in a cool, dark room and the water within is allowed to be absorbed. This ensures the richness of nature in the oil. This unique and patented process is completely chemical free. Coconut oil is well known for its benefits towards the overall health.
Our return policy is constructed to protect our Sellers from loss since most items are made to order & at the same time to protect our Buyers to ensure they have a good experience. Please see our terms as follows:
We have a 7-day return policy which means items once received can be returned within a 7 day window. This 7-day window is termed as return window. After which no return request will be accepted.
Returns will be accepted within the return window only if there is damage or incorrect product/colour received.
Some items that are customized with name or other personalizations will not be returnable. Such products will clearly state so in their description.
Please note, most of our products are handmade, made to order and made by small businesses. Returns requested on any other basis will negatively impact our community entrepreneurs.
Payment refund for returned orders will be made within 5-7 business days after the product is received by Wemy service centre. Any payment gateway charges incurred are not refundable.
